The Virginia College of Emergency Physicians will return to The Omni Homestead Resort in Hot Springs, Va. for our 2026 Annual Conference, Feb. 20-22. In planning for the event, we are looking for speakers and volunteers to run some of our procedure labs.

Talks run for 30-60 minutes. We are looking for both clinical and non-clinical presentations.

Want to help or lead a procedure lab?

Procedure labs run concurrent with the conference and are free for attendees. Examples of past labs are: ultrasound, nerve block, emergency c-section. If you would like to run a lab or have an idea for one, give us your information and why you think you would be a good fit.
