Board, Council and Officers
At the Annual Meeting of the Virginia College of Emergency Physicians, held February 28, 2003 at The Homestead,
Hot Springs, Virginia, the following individuals were elected to serve on the Board of Directors for a three year term:

The following individuals were elected to represent VaCEP at the Council of the national ACEP organization:
Timothy C. Evans, MD, FACEP            Richmond         Two-year term

James R. Dudley, MD, MBA                  Gloucester        Two-year term

Mark D. Tripp, MD, FACEP                  Roanoke           One-year term


Stuart E. Brown, III, MD, FACEP, and Kelly Anne Foley, MD, FACEP were elected to serve one-year terms as Alternate Councillors. Members currently serving a two-year term as Councillor, expiring in 2004, are Michael J. Bono, MD, FACEP (Norfolk) and Pamela A. Ross, MD, FACEP.

Election of officers to serve one-year terms was held at the first meeting of the Board of Directors on March 3rd. Pamela A. Ross, MD, FACEP was elected to serve a second term as President, therefore James R. Dudley, MD, MBA continues as President-Elect and Mark D. Tripp, MD, FACEP (Roanoke) remains in the position of Immediate Past President. Elected for one year terms in the positions of Treasurer and Secretary were Sabina A. Braithwaite, MD, FACEP, and Stuart E. Brown, III, MD, FACEP, respectively.
